1. Go to verifyrecords.com.

2. Enter your information and click Search Now.

3. If you find your record, continue to step 4. Otherwise, you are done. They do not have your data!

4. Download their Opt-Out form:

5. Fill it out and send it to support@verifyrecords.com.

6. Success! You have submitted your removal request successfully.
