2. On the bottom of the page click the “CCPA – Do Not Sell My Info” link.

3. Fill in the form with your information. For the message box, say something like "Do not share or sell my personal information, and delete my data." Then hit "Submit".

4. Success! You have submitted your removal request successfully.
