How to Opt-Out of StateRecords in 2025

The easiest way to get your data off of StateRecords is to have us do it for you. Check out our plans to sign up.

1. Go to www.staterecords.com.

2. On the bottom of the page, click the "Your Privacy Choices" link.

3. Enter your name, state, and city. Then click "Submit".

4. Check the box.

5. If you find your record, check the box. If you don't find your record, they don't have your data!

6. Click the "Remove Data" button.

7. Enter your email address, and add a comment. Something like "Privacy Concern" should do.

8. Complete the captcha, then click "Submit".

9. Check your email for the confirmation email. Click the link sent to your email, or copy and paste it in your browser.

10. Success! You have submitted your removal request successfully.
