1. Go to www.peeplookup.com.

2. Enter your first and last names then click the search button.

3. Click the confirm button and complete the captcha to proceed.

4. When you find your record, copy the link to your profile (right click or long press on the link to your name).

5. Open the page below in a new tab. Paste the copied profile link, complete the captcha, and click the "Remove my info" button.

6. Success! You have submitted your removal request successfully.
