1. Go to www.intelx.io.

2. On the upper right corner of the page, click the "About" link.

3. Scroll down until you see the "Privacy Policy here" link.

4. On the "Data Collection & Content Removal" section of the page click the removal link.

5. Enter your information, complete the captcha and click the "Submit takedown Request".

6. Success! You have submitted your removal request successfully.
