2. On the bottom of the page click the "Do Not Sell My Personal Information" link.

3. Enter your email address, then agree to the terms and conditions.

4. Complete the captcha then click the "BEGIN REMOVAL PROCESS" button.

5. Enter your name, city, and state, then click the "FREE SEARCH" button.

6. Look for your record, then click the "VIEW FREE DETAILS" button.

7. On your record, click "REMOVE MY RECORD".

8. Check your inbox for the confirmation email then click the removal link (or copy and paste it into your browser).

9. Success! You have submitted your removal request successfully.
