1. Go to www.callercenter.com.

2. On the bottom of the page click the “Remove my number” link.

3. Enter your information, tick the box, complete the captcha , and click the "submit" button.

4. Check your email for the verification code then, enter it in, then click the "Submit" button.

5. Success! You have submitted your removal request successfully.
