We like to start the same day, but it can take a business day or two, depending on our current workload.

Our service is for US residents only. This is because the websites we cover often do not have data for residents of other countries. We hope to expand our services to other countries, but are currently not ready to do so.

We are currently set up to accept money through Helcim and PayPal. They store your payment information so we don't have to. Please contact us if you would like to discuss paying through another service (Monero, cash, gift card, etc.).

We do not offer refunds if we have started working. If you are unhappy for any reason, please reach out to us so we can discuss the issue. We try to be reasonable.

Cancellation is simple. When logged in go to your 'Dashboard', click 'Cancel' in the plans section on the left, under Your Subscription click 'Cancel' and on the next page click the 'Cancel Subscription' button. That's it. You could also give us a call or send us an email from the email address you have on file.

No. To delete your data from Facebook, YouTube, or other social media platforms we would have to log in to your account or someone else's account. We do not have that access. We remove your data from people data brokers and people search websites. You can see all of the sites we cover on our covered sites page.

No. We can get the ValPack mail to stop and a few others, but our service aims at removing your personal information from data brokers and people search websites, not from stoppiing physical mail.

We don't actually block anything. In the short term, signing up for our service won't impact how much spam you get. In the long term, it will reduce the spam that you receive. You are getting spam because spammers have gotten your information. Once we remove your information from the internet it should circulate less and less and less spammers will get ahold of it.
